Blended soft fruit (eg strawberries, banana or pear) with low-fat yoghurt. Poach one egg and serve with 2 slices of grilled lean bacon, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms and a slice of wholemeal toast. Even Make a smoothie from semi-skimmed milk, one medium banana or either a handful of raspberries or half a can of sugar-free red berries. There is so much healthy foods to make Give it a go! :D

Lunch!Lunch is also so a very important meal. I have to admit I myself never used to eat lunch it was an inconvenience and seemed pointless and I was losing weight by not eating it. But after I while I found myself being extra hungry when it came to dinner times and often tired. Then over the years I saw it could lead to a serious problem but I enjoyed not gaining weight.
