This is one of the most important things you need to do to get slim and in shape for summer. You should do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. It can be done so easily in the comfort of your own home, there's no need to go to the gym if you don't want to. Don't be lazy this is the best way to keep that fat off of your tummies! Eat Slowly!
Believe it or not, eating too quickly can make you gain weight more easily. This is one of the top habits for slimming without a complicated diet plan.
Set a timer for 20 minutes before you start eating and then savour each bite and try to make the meal last until the bell chimes. Eating the meal slowly offers great pleasure and trigger the body's fullness hormones. Wolfing your food down in a hurry blocks those signals and causes overeating.

Chew Gum !
Yep! This tastes good and it's VERY helpful. Chew a sugar free gum with a strong flavour when you're at risk of a snack attack. Your mouth and taste buds will be entertained so your brain won't think of eating other foods before a meal. CHEW CHEW CHEW :P

Shrink Your Dishes!
Choose a 10" lunch plate instead of a 12" dinner plate to automatically eat less. When you have a great big plate of food in front of you it's very tempting to eat it, trust me! This causes many people to over eat without knowing it. Using smaller a smaller plate or bowl will help because you'll think your still eating a lot since it will be full and you won't even realise that you're losing weight by eating less!
Cut Out By 20%
Usually we keep eating until we're stuffed, but in parts of Japan people eat until they're 80% full. They even have a name for this naturally slimming habit: hara hachi bu. We can adopt this healthy habit by dishing out 20% less food on our plates. Studies show most people don’t miss it and feel more comfortable after they eat instead of having a stomach that feels like it's eaten too much.
